Fried Dumplings
- Heat a 12” non-stick pan over high heat and add about 10ml of oil
- Add 20 frozen dumplings bottom side down
- Reduce the heat to medium, add 100ml of cold water, cover the pan with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes
- Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for 6 minutes (keep lid on)
- Uncover lid and stir fry dumplings until golden brown

Authentic Method
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- Add frozen dumplings and stir constantly to ensure dumplings don’t stick
- Cook dumplings between 7-10 minutes
- Drain and serve your delicious dumplings with dipping sauce 😋
